This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.
We have been renting near St. Armand’s Circle for the past 6 years and this was by far our best experience. From my first phone call to Rick B. until our last day, everything was first class. The customer service and professionalism displayed by Rick was the best we’ve experienced. He personally met us at the property to explain the ins and outs of the house with a goodie basket in hand. He was also prompted and courteous when we called to ask questions. He went above and beyond with all our interactions. The home was special- couldn’t have asked for more. It fit our family perfectly. The combination of great customer service and a beautiful home made this a truly special vacation.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.
The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!
