Beautiful Beachplace beachfront unit on the 3rd floor spectacular Gulf and beach view. Has brand new windows and doors and is an end unit in building 3 with glass sliding doors on 2 walls of the living room. This is the closest building to the pool. It has 2 parking spaces. One is covered. Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with many modern upgrades and a very open feel. The views are amazing. Washer/Dryer in unit. Max 4 persons allowed for rentals at Beachplace in a 2 bedroom condo.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Our vacation in Longboat Key

Unit 301 in Building 3 at Beach Place. As usual, Rick did an outstanding getting the unit ready for us and attending to questions we had during our stay which were very few. The unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Pool area, very close to both and well worth the price we paid. We were able to check in a day early and also stayed an extra week which was handled by Rick in a very professional and timely manner. we highly recommend this location and also recommend using Rick and Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for any rental arrangements in the future.

Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!

his was our second time staying at this beautiful villa. With a lovely pool, a short stroll to shops and restaurants plus just a few yards from the beach it really is the perfect location. The home has a well equipped kitchen and all the bedrooms have super comfy beds. Thank you Rick for dealing with a couple of minor issues so quickly. We look forward to returning again soon
