Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

"Sunsets!"

We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.

"Special vacation"

We have been renting near St. Armand’s Circle for the past 6 years and this was by far our best experience. From my first phone call to Rick B. until our last day, everything was first class. The customer service and professionalism displayed by Rick was the best we’ve experienced. He personally met us at the property to explain the ins and outs of the house with a goodie basket in hand. He was also prompted and courteous when we called to ask questions. He went above and beyond with all our interactions. The home was special- couldn’t have asked for more. It fit our family perfectly. The combination of great customer service and a beautiful home made this a truly special vacation.

Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.
