He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.

The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.

What an amazing time we had in LBK, our condo was beautiful nothing missed when it came to top of the line...all the way down to the All-Clad pts and pans. The best part were the stunning views...This condo is a MUST!

This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!
Rick was outstanding as our rental agent! At all times he showed professionalism and great attention to detail throughout our tenancy. We have had him for a few weeks years and the quality of his service has been consistent. We would strongly recommend him to any potential tenants.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Beachplace is an amazing vacation spot with everything you need. We spent our time at the beach, but there is also a very big pool to relax by. Thank you for assisting us in finding this place. Loved your condo.

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Loved this condo. Amazingly clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Florida Gulf Coast for a wonderful stay.

This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. We have always enjoyed our stays using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals and will continue to use them is future years.
This unit is on the front corner with a great beach view and walk-down for easy pool and beach access. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. I will return

Very clean and beautifully appointed, a modern and well considered remodeling had us hardly wanting to hit the beach the first couple of days.
