Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

"Incredible Vacation"

Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It's clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I'm so glad to have found Rick and his company!

":A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast"

A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Longboat Key! Rick was very responsive and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning! We would love to come back again.
