An adjacent café bar is perfectly situated for your small appliances or displaying your crystal barware. The large dining room is open to the great room for enjoying movie night or relaxing on the lovely terrace for sunsets. The wall of custom brand new hurricane impact sliders open the living space to outdoors. Master bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom offers a queen and a single bed. 4 person maximum.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Beach Residences Lido 603 by FGC

"Paradise"

We visited this panoramic paradise earlier this year. Spectacular to say the least. Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you. Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service. Rick Benninghove of the Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals ( a separate management company) is the best and most timely for whatever you may need. I would certainly recommend this rental and it’s service! Top notch!!!

"Our vacation stay"

Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.

Inn on the Beach 2807 by FGC

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again!!
