The condo was perfect. Our favorite parts were the comfy beds and the ocean views! We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and welcoming. The pool and beach are super close so it was easy to go back and forth which was really perfect as we had our 10 month old twins with us. I hope we can come back and stay here again!
This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025.
Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the "boutique" like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional.....it's been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It's great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk. Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset. BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick. Hope to revisit next April.
Once again we had a great time in a beautiful condo. Everything was taking care just as promised without a single problem. We will probably rent it again next year for our third time. Do your family a favor and take advantage of this wonderful place.

As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.
