Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! his was our second time staying at this beautiful villa. With a lovely pool, a short stroll to shops and restaurants plus just a few yards from the beach it really is the perfect location. The home has a well equipped kitchen and all the bedrooms have super comfy beds. Thank you Rick for dealing with a couple of minor issues so quickly. We look forward to returning again soon

This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

“Incredible Vacation”
Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It’s clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I’m so glad to have found Rick and his company!

“World Class Service”
We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
