“Another Great Season on LBK!”
This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as “Beachplace” is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We’ve already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!

We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

2025, January-April Rick is the benchmark of exceptional service by rental agents. From the first night when our plane was delayed he made himself available to assist in our entering the condo. Throughout the stay he attended to our every need as he also did for all of his clients. We highly recommend him!
