“Bravo Beachplace”
My family spent December 2024 at Beachplace in Longboat Key. The place was great. Bravo to the team at Beachplace for repairing the damage from the two recent hurricanes. Many of the other buildings on the Key were not so lucky. The unit was recently updated and very well appointed. Our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend Rick and his team at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

7-202 is a beautiful rental in a peaceful location close to the beach. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. Happy to recommend this place, and looking forward to coming back.

The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. “Amazing View”
This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive.
