It queries our booking system live for the dates you enter, rather than reading a stored calendar. Results show only residences that are genuinely free and whose minimum stay your dates satisfy, with a real total price including fees and taxes.

Minimum stays are set by arrival date rather than by month, and vary from one residence to the next — any given arrival date can carry its own requirement. They are longest in the winter season, when pairing January with February, or March with April, is a pricing approach we use to keep the quieter ends of the season fillable. That is applied case by case rather than as a rule, so January and April can often be booked on their own. Outside the season most residences take a single month, and a few are short-term rentals that take about a week. The search applies the correct minimum for your arrival date automatically, so you never have to work it out yourself.

Widen the dates before you conclude it is taken. The most common reason a search returns nothing is that the stay is shorter than the minimum for that arrival date, not that every residence is booked — and minimums are set per arrival date and differ from one residence to the next. If it still comes back empty, contact us rather than giving up on it: cancellations happen, minimums are applied case by case on some dates, and we arrange a fair number of stays by phone or email that a date search simply cannot express.
