This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you submit our contact form or a guest review
• The content of any message or review you send us
• Arrival and departure dates when you use Check Availability, so we can check live availability and pricing for you

Reservations can now be completed on this site. If you choose to pay by card, your card details are entered directly into a secure window hosted by our payment processor, Authorize.net. We never see, handle, or store your full card number. We retain only the transaction reference, the card type, and the last four digits, so we can match a payment to your reservation.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process review submissions, check live availability and pricing on your behalf, and otherwise communicate with you about a potential or existing stay. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Check Availability and rate quotes are powered by Lodgix, our property management system. The dates you search are sent to Lodgix to check real-time availability and pricing. Guest reviews shown on our Testimonials page may be pulled from reviews already on file in Lodgix. We may also use standard web analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site.

Live chat. We use Zoho SalesIQ to offer live chat on this site. When the chat window loads it may record your IP address, general location, browser and device type, the pages you view, and anything you type into the chat, and it may set cookies in your browser to recognise you if you return. This information is processed by Zoho on our behalf so we can answer your questions and follow up. You are never required to use the chat, and you can browse and book without it. Card payments. If you pay by card, the card details are entered in a secure window hosted by Authorize.net, our payment processor. Your full card number is handled by Authorize.net and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation, the transaction reference, the card type and the last four digits.

Data Retention & Security

Contact form and review submissions are stored securely on our hosting server and are used only by our team to respond to you and, for reviews, to consider featuring them on this site. We take reasonable measures to protect this information but cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Your cookie choice. The live chat is the only thing on this site that sets a non-essential cookie. Nothing else here tracks you: we run no advertising or analytics tags, and our own pages store nothing beyond a short-lived price quote that is discarded when you close the tab.

If you are visiting from Europe or the United Kingdom, we ask before the chat loads, and it stays switched off unless you accept. Elsewhere the chat loads by default, as permitted locally. You can still turn it off below, and doing so takes effect immediately.
