A comfortable third-floor home at Beachplace, looking out over the golf course with a partial view of the Gulf. The layout is easy for a month or more: a large sofa in the living room, a dining table for six, a breakfast bar, and a desk if you need to keep up with work while you're here.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. There's a washer and dryer in the condo.
Beachplace is a gated community on south Longboat Key with a 24-hour staffed gate and private beach access. Chairs and umbrellas are included. There's also a heated pool and hot tub, lighted tennis courts, two fitness centers, an air-conditioned clubhouse and gas grills by the pool. Wi-Fi and Xfinity cable TV are included.
