The master suite with a king bed offers lush views and access to the balcony as well as a very large tv. Bathroom offers a dressing area with 2 sinks and large closet. Master bath has a very modern walk-in shower. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with 4 seats and under cabinet lighting, laundry closet (washer/dryer) and full stainless appliances. All new windows and doors throughout the condo . Second bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This condo has a very fresh feel all the way through and checks all the boxes.
Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large heated pool , clubhouse, fitness center and 3 tennis courts plus pickelball. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis.
