The master suite offers lush views and access to the balcony. Bathroom offers a dressing area with 2 sinks and large closet. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar, laundry closet (washer/dryer) and full appliances. Being and end unit, the kitchen also offers a window in the kitchen.
Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large heated pool , clubhouse, fitness center and 3 tennis courts plus pickelball. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis.
