The wrap-around balcony is the standout feature — floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect it to both the living area and the primary bedroom, so indoor and outdoor space really do function as one.
Inside, the unit has been updated with new impact windows and sliding glass doors and plank-style ceramic tile flooring throughout. The kitchen was redesigned with quartz countertops, a built-in pantry with pull-out drawers, a wine refrigerator, and a window over the sink with city and Gulf views.
