The Islands West clubhouse was just fully remodeled and is ultra modern, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a lounge with a large TV, pool table, and work and card/game areas. Islands West sits toward the southern end of Longboat Key at the Publix shopping center on the Gulf side — convenient to shops and dining and a short drive to St. Armand's Circle or Downtown Sarasota. Enjoy the Gulf-front pool and spa, clubhouse, fitness center, and on-premise tennis and pickleball courts.
This is a 3-month rental. No pets allowed; requires association application and approval. King bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom.
