The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There's extra storage, plus community storage for bicycles and kayaks.
Longboat Harbor is one of the island's most active communities. It has four heated pools, tennis and pickleball, shuffleboard, mini golf, and a fitness center with locker rooms and saunas. There are also kayak launches and a renovated recreation center overlooking Sarasota Bay. Its deep-water canals lead straight to the bay, and the association sometimes has boat slips available on a first-come, first-served basis.
