What is the minimum stay at Privateer 305?
Privateer 305 has a 90-night minimum stay as standard. It is let by the month rather than the night. Minimum stays are set by arrival date rather than by month, and any given arrival date can carry its own requirement. They are longest in the winter season, when pairing January with February, or March with April, is a pricing approach we use to keep the quieter ends of the season fillable — applied case by case rather than as a rule, so January and April can often be booked on their own.
