About This Residence
PL2 sits on the Promenade level of The Pierre, with a large balcony and sunset views over the Gulf. Two full bedrooms plus a den with pocket doors that closes off as a third bedroom with a pullout, three full bathrooms and a half bath. A king in the primary bedroom; the second bedroom has two twins placed together as a queen. The kitchen and living areas are beautifully appointed and the unit looks even better in person.
Guests arrive through The Pierre's lobby, where a concierge greets them. Note there are a few steps up from the Promenade level to reach the condo. The community has a spacious pool deck, a resort heated pool, hot tub, toddler pool, gazebo and tennis courts, in a private gated setting directly on the beach.

What is the minimum stay at The Pierre PL2?
The Pierre PL2 has a 90-night minimum stay as standard. It is let by the month rather than the night. Minimum stays are set by arrival date rather than by month, and any given arrival date can carry its own requirement. They are longest in the winter season, when pairing January with February, or March with April, is a pricing approach we use to keep the quieter ends of the season fillable. It's applied case by case rather than as a rule, so January and April can often be booked on their own. A few residences are short-term rentals and follow different rules entirely. Rates for The Pierre PL2 vary by season and by length of stay, and are quoted for your exact dates rather than published as a single figure. On top of the rental you can expect Florida state and county tax of 13%, a $125 registration fee, a $300 cleaning fee and a $150 HOA fee. When is payment due for The Pierre PL2?
If you book more than 60 days before arrival you pay an initial payment now, and the balance (plus any refundable security deposit) 60 days before you arrive. Both amounts and the balance date are shown before you confirm. Booking inside 60 days of arrival means a single payment covering everything.
